Spring has arrived Down Under, and with it the first opportunity to go camping since the trek up to Valla.
The pictures here are from Burrinjuk Waters, which is about an hour and a half from home. To get there, one drives to Yass, and heads down the Hume highway, south west towards Melbourne. After 20 km or so there is a turn to the left, and a winding road eventually drops you into Burrinjuk.
The weather was beautiful, over-catering was successfully achieved, and Kris and I had a very restful weekend, with one decent walk up the Hume and Hovell trail to salve our conscience.
