Jim went for a ‘keeping in practice’ flight from Goulburn today, with a work colleague, Sanjay. This was the first time Sanjay had ever flown in a light aircraft, which always adds to the pleasure I get from flying a passenger.
The weather was very good, with a light wind down Runway 26, and a slightly hazy layer up to 2000 ft above ground.
We did a total of 4 circuits and some local flying, and Sanjay flew the aircraft for part of the time, both on the way out from the airfield and on the return leg. A good little flight, with a great time being had by all.
